Ashellee Toweh, LCSW, I/EFS®, ERS®
You did it! Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I am here to meet you with compassion and understanding. With over eight years of experience as a trauma therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, life adjustments, depression, anxiety, codependency, racial trauma, and discovering their true sense of self.

Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I offer a safe and supportive environment where healing and growth can take root. As an Infant/Early Childhood Family Specialist and Reflective Supervisor endorsed in New York, I also work with parents and educators to address behavioral challenges and foster healthy relationships in early childhood settings.
I offer compelling and impactful talks at retreats and seminars, guiding participants through coaching and inner healing sessions designed to inspire transformation and foster a deeper connection with themselves. Rooted in a holistic approach and the Healing-Centered Engagement model, my sessions explore themes such as finding wholeness in the midst of chaos, empowering individuals to heal, grow, and embrace their inner strength.
Beyond individual therapy, I team up with Courtney Jackson Troupe to assist organizations and professionals in healing from organizational trauma. Together, we create spaces for transformation through healing circles and professional development initiatives, supporting teams as they navigate challenges and build stronger foundations.
In our work together, our goal is to provide a space where hope thrives, where your experiences are validated, and where you can begin building a life filled with resilience and purpose.
I cannot wait to meet you!
Courtney Jackson Troupe, LMSW
